Congratulations, Diana and Thomas! Their wedding at Fort Lee Virginia was so beautiful, and I’m excited about publishing their wedding on the blog today! June 24, 2017 was one of the hottest days of the summer so far. After arriving at their church to find that the air conditioning system had died in the 95 degree weather, Diana and Thomas’ wedding ceremony was moved to their reception venue at The Lee Club at Fort Lee Virginia. Despite the changing timeline and new location, the wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful. With a elegant, classic look, their wedding at Fort Lee Virginia was the perfect venue. The navy blues incorporated in the wedding decor were beautiful. We were able to have a quick portrait session outside, even though the heat was still high. Diana and Thomas were amazing and really just enjoyed the moments they were having together as we took pictures. Their reception followed with dances, including the hokey pokey with their beloved niece and nephew along with family and friends. After the fun filled events of the day, their wedding closed with a sparkler exit just before sunset. The sky then filled with a lovely pink and blue glow. It was the perfect, dreamy backdrop for some romantic portraits. And lastly, before the day was all over, with Diana and Thomas, Jacob and I along with Diana’s Maid of Honor and close friend, we set up some awesome wedding sparkler photos outside on the lawn. Their wedding was a huge success, and we enjoyed being a part of it so much! I hope you enjoy browsing through these images which highlight parts of Diana and Thomas’ special day.
