Caitlin and Alex’s wedding at the Sheraton Roanoke Hotel and Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia was such a fun day! I’m so excited to share all these highlights from their wedding day. Caitlin’s girls wore gorgeous burgundy dresses that looked perfect with their bouquets of red and orange. It is the perfect combination since both Caitlin and Alex went to Virginia Tech! Caitlin and Alex had a special “first meet” moment before their wedding ceremony which was very sweet. They exchanged gifts and cards as they stood back to back. After their first meet, we took some bridal portraits and wedding party photos before going into hiding before their ceremony.
Their wedding ceremony was very special as they got married in their church, Bonsack Baptist Church. They have such great friends and family and are loved by them all. Their ceremony was a special service that focused on God and their love for Christ. After the ceremony and family formals, Jacob and I took some more pictures of Caitlin and Alex with their wedding party before taking their “just married” portraits of them together, outside of the church. We also took some romantic portraits outside of the Sheraton Roanoke Hotel and Conference Center before heading in to the reception fun.
Their Sheraton Hotel wedding reception venue was very elegant! The large open room had a grand dance floor in the center which was surrounded by all the tables for their guest which were decorated with floating candles. The reception was a great party with everyone dancing and having a great time! Alex and Caitlin’s grand exit from the hotel included their family and friends lining up for their exciting sparkler exit! Alex and Caitlin are such a fun couple, and I loved their beautiful Bonsack Baptist and Sheraton Roanoke Hotel wedding so much. Congratulations, Caitlin and Alex!! Jacob and I loved that we got to be a part of your amazing wedding day!
