Ashley and Devon’s wedding at Cousiac Manor in Lanexa, Virginia was so sweet and tons of fun!! I’m so excited to share all these beautiful highlights from their wedding day. Their wedding colors of yellow, green, and blue were perfect for spring and their country vibe. He bridesmaids wore lovely blue dresses, and the bouquets were a beautiful arrangement of daisies, with Ashley’s bouquet having yellow tulips. I loved Ashley and Devon’s twist on a first look, making it instead a “first touch” where they held hands around a door frame before their wedding ceremony. Ending it with the groomsmen and bridesmaids pulling them apart to get ready for the ceremony!
Their ceremony was emotional as their loving family and friends watched Ashley and Devon become husband and wife in front of the beautiful lake. When Devon turned around and saw his beautiful bride walking down the aisle towards him, his face said it all with his loving tears running down his face. The amazing reception hall at Cousiac Manor was decorated in rustic decorations including beautiful wooden centerpieces and hay bales with flowers. The reception was full of fun with the shoe game that had everyone laughing and a great dance party!
We slipped away right at sunset to get some portraits of Ashley and Devon at Cousiac Manor’s silo, which was amazing and turned out to be some of my favorites. There’s no doubt that these two are meant to be together and the love between them and their families is very special. Congratulations, Ashley and Devon!! Jacob and I feel so lucky to have been able to photograph your amazing wedding at Cousiac Manor! We wish you a very blessed and happy marriage!
